Hi Amay, Nice to see great enthusiasm with an almost untrodden subject - Currency. Being from a Finance background, I'm obviously biased if I say its interesting. Its a nice start-off, and hope you add more.
Some basic thoughts----
1) Presentation: Albeit a nice background, I did find it a little hard to read the text given a semi-transparent background and silver text font. Secondly, the blue hyperlinks were hardly visible... I almost didnt know where the COMMENTS link was... Some alterations to the color scheme would do a lot of good.
2) Spice it up: Think of adding some more spice to your blog... Such as Links to currency related websites, Wikipedia pages, Currency Factoids, Exchange rates, etc... You even get free widgets to do the job for you.
3) Social Networking: Once you've added a new blog post, make sure your tweeting them for some added audience.
4) Pictures: A picture speaks a thousand words. Post pictures of the currencies that you already have, showing unique features of the coinage/note...
I'll leave it here for now, and lets pick up as you develop your web-blog...
